FAQs

Are past lives real?
In short, yes they are real. There are some people and scientists from around the world who have gone into past life experiences and tried to explain and study them. I encourage you to explore University Of Virginia’s research on Children Who Report Memories of Past Lives https://med.virginia.edu/perceptual-studies/our-research/children-who-report-memories-of-previous-lives/. A lot of scientists believe that past life memories are just really your brain either imagining something or your brain creating what’s known as false memories. But, I strongly disagree with the way that past life memories are seen in mainstream science right now. The most significant proof I find is that when we access past life memories, sometimes spontaneously, there is an enormous amount of healing that was never possible before. I have worked with people who come to me after being in psychotherapy for years and they can’t seem to get to the root of their problem. And then we do a regression or we do a guided healing meditation, we access some past life memories and the person in one session has a breakthrough. Now, to me, this is not possible if that person were just making stuff up.

What to expect during a Past Life Regression session?
During a past life regression session, I will typically begin by discussing your goals and concerns. I will then guide you into a hypnotic state, using relaxation techniques and visualizations.
Once you are in a trance state, I will begin asking questions and guiding you through visualizations to access memories from past lives. You may experience, vivid or symbolic images, sensations, and emotions, or even hear sounds or voices.
I will help you explore these memories, asking questions to gain a deeper understanding of the experience. I may also guide you to explore how these past experiences relate to your current life and any unresolved issues that you may be facing.
At the end of the session, I will guide you back to a normal waking state, and discuss the experience and any insight gained during the session.
It is important to know that past life aggression is not a one–time solution to all problems. It may take several sessions to fully explore and heal past traumas or gain deeper insights into one life‘s purpose and direction.
How long is a Past Life Regression session?
My past life regression session is 2 hours and contains pre and post hypnosis talk. Other therapists may offer this within one hour, but I would like to make sure that we have plenty of time to discuss what you see and feel, and that you have time to jump into other past lives as well if it is needed.
How to prepare for a Past Life Regression session:
-
Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment.
-
Drink water. Being properly hydrated will help your body and mind perform the best in a regression situation.
-
Set an hour prior to appointment to meditate or quiet time.
-
List your intentions for your reasons to experience a session.
-
Be open to engage with your higher self. Your higher self is your intuition.
-
Enter your session without specific expectations.
These tips are not required for a great session. But, some of this information may help you have the life-changing session of your dreams.
